Is a FREE space trip worth it?

Here's a question, how much is space travel worth to you? Are memories really priceless? Well this is the question that Brian Emmett tried to answer. Apparently in 2005 Brian Emmett won the Oracle free trip to space sweepstakes, which entitles him to a "free" trip to space. This is where it gets tricky, by US law Mr. Emmett is required to report the $138,000 trip to the IRS which leaves him with a $25,000 debt in taxes.
